It’s my first post of the year!

If you’re like me, 2016 hasn’t gotten off to the greatest start – I’ve been sick for a majority of it, and we lost an awful lot of really cool people already, mostly to cancer (I <3 Alan Rickman, always and forever). Someone I know on Facebook said "Does it seem to anyone else that 2016 is being written by George R. R. Martin?"

So I haven't been terribly inspired by this new year. Let's see… perhaps I should do resolutions to get me back on track with writing.
